| Change A Life By Donating a Car |

1. Why donate to Good Samaritan Cars, Inc. We are a Car Ministry; some vehicles we giveaway, and some we sell to keep the program running. As a non-profit charity (501 (c) (3) organization, we use our donated vehicles directly in our program. We refurbish cars and provide transportation opportunity mostly to single parents with children still at home and disadvantaged people needing a helping hand. 2. What can I donate? A: We accept most vehicles and vessels including but not limited to cars, trucks, vans, trailers, boats, RV’s, heavy equipment and real estate.
3. My car hasn’t run in years, can I still donate it? A: Yes, we are able to accept most vehicles running or not. To find out if we can accept your vehicle, please complete and submit our online donation form or call toll free 1-866-8849-4195.
4. What do I need to donate my vehicle? A: We would like the title to the vehicle; if that is not available, call us and other arrangements may be made. Toll free 1-866-849-4195.

Good Samaritan Cars uses the donated cars, trucks, vans, all vehicles, to help people in the community.

5. Will there be any cost to me? A: No, Good Samaritan Cars, Inc. will pay for the tow of your vehicle.
6. Is my donation tax deductible? A: Yes, any vehicle or vessel donation made to Good Samaritan Cars, Inc. is tax deductible. IRS classifies us as a 501 (c) 3, non-profit charity organization. However, individual tax situations vary so please check with a tax professional to determine what if any tax benefit you may receive from a tax deductible donation.
7. How does my tax donation work? The IRS allows you, the tax payer, to claim a deduction of (a) the value of your vehicle up to $500 or (b) if we sell your vehicle for more than $500, we will send you notification of that amount, or (c) if we use it in our program IRS allows you to take the “fair market value” as the deduction. The Kelley Blue Book can assist you with that amount @ www.kbb.com. For additional information, the IRS provides a Donor’s Guide to Car Donations which sets forth the manner in which the IRS requires you to determine the value of your donated property.
